Title: Nubia Z60 Ultra Photographer’s Edition: A New ai-Powered Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Smartphone with Enhanced Imaging Capabilities

The Nubia Z60 Ultra, released towards the end of last year in China, was one of the first devices to boast the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. Now, Nubia is gearing up to launch a photography-focused version of this powerful smartphone on March 28th. The company has piqued the interest of potential buyers with the question, “Have you ever seen one with such ai?” (machine translated), suggesting that there might be some innovative artificial intelligence technology behind its imaging capabilities.

ZTE, the company behind Nubia, has released a preview of the ‘Photographer’s Edition’ of the Nubia Z60 Ultra. This special edition is rumored to offer the same high-performance internal components as its standard counterpart, but with an emphasis on photography features.

Speaking of the ai enhancement in the camera department, there could be added features such as exclusive camera modes within the camera application to optimize imaging for various scenarios. Although specific details have not been disclosed, Nubia’s emphasis on this ai functionality is an intriguing addition to the photography-focused edition.

The Nubia Z60 Ultra boasts a triple camera setup: a 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 primary camera (focal length 18mm), a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50E ultra-wide (35mm), and a 64-megapixel OV64B periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom (85mm). Preliminary camera samples have shown promising results.

Other noteworthy features of the Nubia Z60 Ultra include a 6000 mAh silicone anode battery and support for 80W wired charging. The regular version offers LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, with configuration options ranging from 8GB+256GB to a massive 24GB+1TB. The front of the device features a BOE Q9+ OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution (2480 x 1116) that brightens up to an impressive 1500 nits outdoors.

Nubia has yet to reveal pricing details for the upcoming photography-focused edition of the Z60 Ultra. Stay tuned as we gather more information on this exciting new development in the world of smartphones.
