As per a massive leak via WinFuture,
Sony
is working on a new pair of over-ear wireless headphones. These new headphones are called the WH-ULT900N, and though they look a lot like the WH-1000XM3, these headphones will launch as mid-range offerings with advanced noise-cancelling tech onboard.
As per the leak, the Sony WH-ULT900N will be equipped with 40mm drivers and neodymium magnets that produce premium audio. The headphones will be offered with different operating modes, covering frequency bands of 5-20,000 or 20-20,000 Hertz. The WH-ULT900N will feature a 520mAh battery, providing up to 30 hours of playback with active noise canceling (ANC) and Bluetooth connection, and up to 50 hours without ANC.
The headphones reportedly support Bluetooth 5.2, allowing for multi-pairing, and are compatible with AAC, LDAC, and SBC codecs for high-quality wireless audio transmission. Users will also benefit from features such as Google Fast Pair, Clear Bass, and voice control capabilities through Google Assistant, Siri, or Amazon Alexa.
These headphones are said to launch in black, white, and “Forest Gray color options, weighing around 255 grams. As for pricing, the report states that the headphones will go for between €180 and €200. Currently, there are no details available on the official launch date and regional availability.
